I want to publicly thank Vertical Wireless for their role in my tower negotiation. As a landowner, I had no experience/knowledge at all in determining what the actual fair rent would be. I signed an agreement with Vertical and sat back while they negotiated my lease extension with tower companies. They secured me a much better deal than I had formerly been offered.
